1. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 24 hours before pickup: Full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup: No refund.

If the passenger does not appear at the scheduled pickup location without prior notice, the booking will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
